-Added padding to scrollbar slider to prevent overlapping of inner arrow, still some issues specially with very large folders (eg. /Widows/System 32 when on lList View...) ,

this bar with the 4 folder look buttons(like in leopard), what is it and is it compatible with vista?

neil, you mean the toolbar? with the buttons and searcbox? It is called Styler Toolbar, and no, not available in Vista, and no equivalent. Probably the Holy Grail of Vista theming.
